Wine Wanker Randomness…

Two points of randomness today followed by some house-keeping and a promise for some real wine talk tomorrow.

I woke up this morning at 3am and not realizing this proceeded to have a shower, get dressed and have some toast. It was only when I went outside (eight in the morning is never that dark) that I realized what the time was. Man I suck. I then woke up late and struggled to get to my 8.15 meeting on time and ended up leaving my confidential papers on the coffee table in my flat (oops). Now I just have to get home to get them before my flatties find them.

Do you know who else sucks? BANKS! A couple of months ago I went over my overdraft limit by about $1.20 after paying my rent. Cool, you would think, because I was getting paid the next day. Not so for the bank, they made be renege on my rent payment and charged me over $90 in fees. For a $1.20. When I was being paid the next day. Grumble, grumble and grumble.

And I promise to open a bottle of wine from my cellar tonight (I will probably do so again on Saturday as well) and blog on it. It’s not that I haven’t been drinking of late it’s just that I have been a combination of lazy and busy.
